Turkey Cake

Turkey Cake | Sculpted Thanksgiving Centerpiece with Candy Corn Feathers

Product Overview

Our Turkey Cake is shaped and frosted into a cheerful turkey, with rows of hand piped buttercream feathers in warm brown, red, orange and yellow fanning out behind a piped turkey face, and candy corn set across the top of the tail. It works twice over: a centerpiece guests photograph before dinner, then dessert once the plates are cleared. Chocolate is our most requested flavor under the feathers, with vanilla and red velvet available too. Made to order in our Chestnut Hill kitchen for your Thanksgiving date.

What's Included

• This Season's Turkey Design: A hand sculpted turkey finished in buttercream, with layered rows of piped feathers in brown, red, orange and yellow and a crown of candy corn across the tail, curated by our team for the season.
• Choice of Cake Flavor: Choose Chocolate, our most requested for this cake, or Vanilla or Red Velvet when you call to order, and feel free to ask about any seasonal fall flavor specials, which we're happy to discuss on the call.
• Design May Vary Season to Season: Because our seasonal designs are refreshed based on ingredient availability and our bakers' own creative updates, the feather colors, the candy on the tail and the sculpted shape may vary slightly from year to year or batch to batch.
• Handcrafted Note: The photo is an illustrative example of this design. Because each turkey is sculpted and piped by hand to order, the expression and feather placement will vary slightly from the photos shown. That's the nature of handmade work.

Standard Size & Serving Guide

Our Turkey Cake is sculpted to order and serves about 14 to 20 as a dessert-style slice, the same as our 8-inch round. Larger sizes can be arranged when you call. Let us know your guest count and we'll recommend the right size.
