Every Iris Lee order is placed by phone or email. Browse the site to find what you love, then call us at (617) 731-9800 or email info@irislee.com. We go over size, flavor, design, quantity and your date with you and confirm every detail before we start.

Our studio is at 501 Heath Street, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467. Visits are by appointment, so please call ahead to set a time to pick up an order or sit down with us to plan a cake, favors or an event.

We are open Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. Calls and emails that come in after hours are returned the next business day.

Cakes and cupcakes are baked to order, so please allow 1 to 3 days. Fully custom designs, logo work and large event orders need more time for the design call and artwork approval, so reach out as early as you can, especially for weddings, mitzvahs and holiday corporate gifts.

Cakes and cupcakes, including cupcake bouquets, are made for local Boston area delivery or pickup at our Chestnut Hill studio. They are baked fresh for your date and are best enjoyed close to home. Cupcake jars ship nationwide. For candy, cookies and favors, tell us where they are headed and we will confirm delivery or shipping on the call.

Yes. Our cupcake jars are layered with cake and frosting, sealed and packed to travel, and they ship nationwide. They are a favorite for client gifts and for family who live far away.

Yes, and there are three ways to do it. Seasonal designs are ready to send as shown. Many items can carry your own wording, such as a name, date or message on a topper or candy wrapper, which you give us when you order. Fully custom designs start with a call with our team, and we confirm the design with you before any work begins.

We do. We add logos to decorated sugar cookies, chocolate dipped Oreos, wrapped candy bars and logo candy like candy cubes, coins and gift tins. Logo Oreo orders carry a 25 piece minimum. Send us your logo and our team confirms the artwork and colors before production. For larger runs, call (617) 731-9800 for a quote.

Absolutely. We make color matched candy buffets sized to your guest count, favor bags of Kisses and miniatures, personalized wrapped candy bars and party favors. Tell us your colors, guest count and date, and we will plan it with you.

Vanilla, chocolate and red velvet are our standard flavors, and many cakes feature their own signature flavor, from German chocolate to chocolate peppermint. Seasonal flavors can be discussed on the call when you order.

Please tell us about any allergy when you call. Our kitchen works with wheat, eggs, milk, soy and nuts, and many of our candies and cookies are packaged products made with those same ingredients, so we will walk you through what fits and suggest a better choice where needed.

Of course. Give us your message when you order and we will include it on a card. For cakes and cupcake bouquets we can also print your greeting on a topper.

Our photos are illustrative examples of each design. Everything is piped, dipped and wrapped by hand, so colors, decoration placement and seasonal details vary gently from order to order. Your size, flavor and personalization stay exactly as we confirmed with you.
