Each cupcake is piped as a full poinsettia, red and ivory petals laid one over another with a cluster of yellow centers and green leaves tucked in between, and the whole arrangement sits in a whitewashed woven basket finished with a wide red satin bow. A round white and green filigree plaque rises out of the middle carrying a Happy Holidays greeting. From two feet away most people think it is a flower arrangement, which is exactly the intent.
