Our Snowflake Cake is frosted in soft blue buttercream and crowned with a ring of two tone rosettes in blue and cream, each set with a white fondant snowflake, over a sparkle of sanding sugar across the top. A border of small white and blue snowflakes runs around the base, giving the whole cake a quiet winter elegance.
