Pumpkin Marble Cake | Spiced Pumpkin and Chocolate Bundt With Ganache

Product Overview

Rich chocolate and spiced pumpkin batters are swirled together before baking, so every slice of our Pumpkin Marble Cake comes out with its own marbled pattern, a tender crumb and a balance of cocoa against cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The fluted bundt is finished with a poured chocolate ganache that sets to a soft shine down the ridges. This is this season's autumn bake, curated by our team and made to order in our Chestnut Hill kitchen, with the pumpkin and chocolate marble as the signature and our standard cake flavors available too.

What's Included

  • This Season's Marbled Bundt: Spiced pumpkin and chocolate batters marbled by hand, baked in a fluted bundt pan and finished with a poured chocolate ganache that runs down the ridges.
  • Choice of Cake Flavor: The pumpkin and chocolate marble is our autumn signature, and Vanilla, Chocolate, or Red Velvet bundts are also available when you call to order. Ask about seasonal fall flavor specials, which we're happy to discuss on the call.
  • Design May Vary Season to Season: The spice blend, the marbling pattern and the finish on the ganache may vary from year to year or batch to batch based on ingredient availability and our bakers' own recipe updates.
  • Handcrafted Note: The photo is an illustrative example of this design. Because the batters are marbled by hand and the ganache is poured to order, each cake carries its own pattern and may vary slightly from the photos shown. That's the nature of handmade work.

Standard Size & Serving Guide

Our Pumpkin Marble Cake is baked in a 9 to 10 inch bundt pan and serves 12 to 16 as a dessert-style slice. For a bigger group, let us know your guest count and we'll recommend how many cakes to order.
