Our Almond Joy Candy Cake turns the candy bar into a celebration cake. Tender cake layers are filled and frosted with our Almond Joy buttercream, made with toasted coconut, toasted almonds and chocolate chips, then finished with a band of toasted coconut pressed around the base. The top is crowned with buttercream rosettes, Almond Joy candy pieces and a scatter of toasted coconut and almonds. Made to order in our Chestnut Hill kitchen, it is the birthday cake for anyone who has loved that bar their whole life.
